Our restaurant is situated in Castelnuovo di Garfagnana in the regional heartland, a multifaceted territory, characterised by the soft profile of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines and the harsher slopes of the Appuan Alps, comprising lakes and a culture steeped in culinary tradition.
